Description of Event

End of life planning is difficult to do. An Advance Health Care Directive (AHCD) allows one to designate a person to make healthcare decisions if one becomes incapacitated and unable to express one's choices. Information about AHCDs, POLST (Physician Orders for Life-sustaining Treatment), End of Life Option Act (EOLOA), and Voluntarily Stopping Eating and Drinking (VSED) will be covered in this program.
