These Storytimes, good for kids ages 4 to 6, are fun, kinetic, and humorous experiences!  I make it a point not just to read books, but to perform them as well!

Join multi-instrumentalist Craig Newton for this musical extravaganza with at least 10 different instruments and lots of fun songs.  You will sing, clap, hop and smile with us in this all-ages musical program!

Join us in the Children’s Area and Patio for an egg hunt followed by a “take-or-make” craft you may take home or make in the Community Room.  This program is recommended for Preschool - 2nd Grade children.

LEGO Free Play: Imagine and build with LEGO! Keep your engineering and problem-solving skills sharp using the library's LEGO bricks.

Spring Garden Party at the North Clairemont Library from 11:00am-2:00pm in the front plaza!

Read along and sing for this fun interactive storytime. We will read picture books, move our bodies, act out stories, and sing fun songs and silly rhymes to build our skills with words and language.

Kids can enjoy being creative by building with LEGO blocks and DUPLO bricks. It's a great opportunity for exploring with new ideas, as well as sharing concepts and strategies with other attendees.

Join us for fun storytime led by Ms. Jennifer who incorporates ASL (American Sign Language) core signs to teach simple signing and enhance the reading of well-loved children's picture books.

Before TV and comic books existed in Japan, there was Kamishibai, or paper theater. With a wooden box, illustrations, and a great narrator to tell the story, kiddos will be in for a treat!

Come join us every Tuesday at 11:30am for Music and Motion! This program is designed to introduce babies and toddlers to music, dance and instruments. We will learn new motor skills, shake our sillies out and sing at the top of our lungs.

Join us for drop-in craft Tuesdays. Kids of all ages can make a craft to take with them. All supplies provided. No reservations needed. 

Join Shelly and Tim for fun afternoons of ukulele strum along! All skill levels and ages are welcome to come and participate in this informal, weekly event. Please note that these are NOT lessons.
