Free music classes for kids by Villa Musica!

Early Childhood Music, ages 0-4, 11:30am - 12:15pm

Music Adventures, ages 5-6, 12:30 - 1:15pm 

A gathering of intermediate & advanced players who want to enjoy a few rounds of mahjong together!

Materials are provided

Mahjong Group meets every Wednesday from 11:30am-2:30pm.

Digital Navigators will be onsite for free, one-on-one assistance to help you.  Get basic tech support or improve your computer skills.

Get help on the computers and with your digital devices from a Digital Navigator every Wednesday! 

We are excited to offer 3D Printing in person! Stop by the La Jolla/Riford Library's IDEA Lab during open lab hours with your .STL file and staff will be happy to assist you.

Bring a mat and towel to enjoy a calming and gentle yoga experience.

This class provides students with an understanding of the Breath-Mind-Body dynamic and its relationship to health and wellness during the aging process.  Students learn breathing techniques for self-care, mental resilience, and physical relax

Participants will get to decorate a pot, create a gardening marker, fill their pot up with soil, and plant their seeds. Each participant gets to take their works of gardening art home with them. All supplies will be provided!

Join us on the Patio outside the children's room for arts and crafts after school every Wednesday at 2pm.

Activities are designed for school age children.  Young kids may require parent assistance.

All are welcome to attend meetings of the Friends of the Rancho Peñasquitos Branch Library. 

The Friends generally hold meetings every other month, but please call or check the monthly calendar to confirm meeting dates.

Featuring a music studio, Makerspace, and iMac workstations and so much more!

Join our crochet and knitting circle for a creative and social experience!  All skill levels and all fiber arts crafts welcome! Bring your own project!
