The San Diego Public Library is pleased to host the 52nd Annual Local Author Showcase for books published in 2017. This year we have close to 300 San Diego County authors whom have published in a variety of genres, from poetry and biographies, to crime novels, inspirational stories, and everything in between.

Our Keynote speaker is a New York Times best-selling author, and Pulitzer Prize nominee, Caitlin Rother.  Music will be provided by Camarada, featuring jazz guitarist Peter Sprague and flutist Beth Ross Buckley. Local Authors will have a chance to participate in an Open Mic event hosted by local author/poet Michael Klam.

The Showcase will run throughout the entire month of February 2018 in the Dickinson Popular Library of the New San Diego Central Library @ Joan Λ Irwin Jacobs Common.
