Event Details

Join Ms. Krystal in the IDEA Lab to learn what a 3D model is and how you can turn that into something you can print! You’ll be introduced to where you can find pre-made 3D models ready for printing, the basics of some of the 3D modelling software that the library uses including ones that you can use at home, and how to slice that 3D model to turn it into something ready to be printed. As part of this class the participants will be able to submit their own 3D Print on Demand request that takes under 3 hours to print and has only one print file.
