Event Details
In this workshop, teens can learn how to use MIT App Inventor to create their own app for Android devices. Instructors will guide them step-by-step using the web-based block coding software and show them how to create an app that lets them draw or add text over pictures taken with their devices. No previous experience in coding required to participate.
Note: If teens have their own Android devices, it's encouraged that they bring it with them along with a micro USB cable, but it's not necessary. In other words, all teens are welcome to participate and learn even if they don't have an Android device.
