Home to perhaps the oldest settled, farming civilizations and the oldest universities, India has been, and still is, crucial to the world’s trade, culture, religions, architecture, and art. Gwenyth Mapes, Professor of Humanities at Grossmont College, will take us on a quick romp through some of its most famous art and architecture.

This San Diego Oasis event is free to attend thanks to the generous support of the Mission Hills-Hillcrest/Knox Library.
