Come meet this month's featured artists, Jo Ann Bray and Linda Morton!
 

The paintings of award-winning artists, Jo Ann Bray and Linda Morton, will be decorating the walls of the Winer Family Community Room & Art Gallery from September through October. Both of these artists love to travel and their artwork captures moments in time. Painting has been Jo Ann Bray’s passion since childhood. She studied fine arts at the California College of Arts and Crafts, the University of Colorado, and the San Diego Art Academy. Linda Morton combines her 30 years of experience as a professor with her painting knowledge to offer painting workshops for beginning painters at her studios in La Mesa and Julian. She has exhibited her artwork in galleries throughout San Diego and Southern California. Her most recent honor was winning the People’s Choice Award at the National Wildlife Show sponsored by the Foothills Gallery in La Mesa.
