Program Description

Event Details

Panelist will be discussing the process of bringing an exhibition like “Lost in Translation” to life as a year-long collaboration between visual artists and writers. We will also discuss the beauty, fun and challenges of interpreting something without context — and what that means in an increasingly anonymous digital landscape. Plus, audiences can try their hand at finishing some of our story threads!

Artists: Marianela de la Hoz, Perry Vasquez, and Charles Glaubitz

Authors: Corey Lynn Fayman

***Attendees will meet first on the 9th floor Art Gallery to survey the exhibition and participate in a brief interactive exercise. We will then make our way back down to the Mary Hollis conference room on the 1st floor to proceed with the conversation, moderated by Julia Dixon Evans.

Free 2-hour parking with validation is available in our underground garage!
