Are you looking to improve as an owner, manager, or leader? In this in-person workshop we will be engaging in activities to bring clarity in staffing and daily operations. These exercises will help reflect on communication and sharpen skills when leading a team. 

The Alliance SBDC, Asian Business Association, and the San Diego Public Library is partnering up to organize this workshop and feature Filipino-American business owners to celebrate Filipino-American History month. Joining us will be the Sticky Business LLC owner Joseph Salamanca who will lead registrants in a workshop on how to become a better manager and a better leader as a small business owner.

Joseph Salamanca is a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC) who provides restaurant leaders with better coaching and support, so they can discover their true potential and become a new leader. Joseph was the former General Manager of Cloak & Petal in San Diego, CA. He earned his business degree from California State University San Marcos and his CHPC from the High Performance Institute.

Small business community partners will also be onsite to provide information and resources.
