Author, Bonita Chamberlin, Ph. D, will discuss her co-authored book, “The Gems of Afghanistan.”  This book is “an excellent introduction to the jewel resources of this war-torn country, and the geology behind the gemstones.”  Sponsored by the San Carlos Friends of the Library (SCFOL).  4th Friday.
