Program Description

Event Details

Hello world!  Have you wanted to start programming but don’t know where to start?  Join the library for a back-to-school programming boot camp where participants will make their own video games.  We’ll be teaching Scratch, a program that uses easy block coding in order to ease newbies into the world of computer science.  Students can expect to learn beginners coding concepts like “if...else” functions, loops, and keyboard inputs.

Youth of all coding levels welcome.  Presented by La Jolla Library’s Teen Troupe.
