Come learn about the new library in the neighborhood and meet Ms. Jessica, the youth services librarian at Pacific Highlands Ranch! Get the scoop on what's happening at the library and get a new card for Library Card Sign-up Month.

This free event is family-friendly and open to all. Participants may even get some free goodies, too!
