Banned Books Week is an annual event that highlights the value of free and open access to information.

 

In celebration of Banned Books Week, join us for a film screening of Fahrenheit 451 (1966), followed by a brief discussion.

 

In an oppressive future, a fireman whose duty is to destroy all books begins to question his task.

 

Learn how the San Diego Public Library supports intellectual freedom and our community's right to read and access information.

 

Light refreshments provided.
