Event Details

Ocean Beach local author, Barbara Houlton, has written two volumes describing the life and times at the house known as Villa Surf, which occupied what is now Sunset Cliffs Natural Park south of Ladera Street.  What happened with the house and the people are the subjects of the book for the years 1950-1962.  If you have never been to a dinner party where the uniformed waiters wore white gloves, you won’t want to miss out on what it was all about.
