Join author, Kathy Blavatt, as she presents some fascinating information about Ocean Beach and its history.  The book’s title refers to how water defines Ocean Beach by its unique location where the Pacific Ocean meets the mouth of the San Diego River. 

Kathy Blavatt resides in Ocean Beach.  She has written a number of books including Arcadia Publishing award winning “Ocean Beach,” co-authoring with the Ocean Beach Historical Society.
