Event Details

Zachary Shattuck grew up right by Chicago and has lived in San Diego almost five years. A member of the LGBT community, Zachary finds great pride in bringing the history of his community to life. He has given several talks on various chapters of LGBT history and is always excited for another opportunity. When not working his regular job as a case manager for some of the more vulnerable adults in San Diego, Zachary can normally be found reading, socializing, or spending time with his beloved bearded dragon Mattachine.

The San Diego City Clerk's Office is celebrating archives month all throughout October with a series of lectures at San Diego Central Library and an exhibit on display at the City Administration Building. To learn more about San Diego history all month long! To learn more about the Office of the City Clerk, please visit their website: sandiego.gov/city-clerk.
