Update 9/29/23: There will be a large scale event taking place on Nobel Athletic Fields from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please plan your visit to the library accordingly.

Would you like to learn a card game that is challenging for your mind while also providing a rewarding social experience with your friends? Bridge has been played by millions around the world since it took its current form about a century ago. It rivals only chess in its complexity and in its standing as a mental sport of the highest order. And it's really fun!

Over the next several months, Bridge Master Sam Madison-Jammal of the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL Bridge Unit 539) will provide a free introduction to this wonderful game in the "Basic Bridge Course". The full course will be comprised of twelve meetings of two hours each in which participants will learn all of the details of bidding and playing the cards.

Registration for this course is required.
