Carmel Valley Community Planning Board meets on the fourth Thursday of the month at the Carmel Valley Library (for January 2019, they meet on January 24). For the Agenda and Subcommittee Meetings, the City of San Diego website now has the planning board agendas available online about one week prior to the meeting.
