Challenge Island encourages creativity, critical thinking, and social skills while instilling a love of engineering.  Ages 8-12.  Registration required.  Call 619-527-3430 to sign up.  In today’s session, kids will learn about the mermaid’s purses that some sharks lay their eggs in, and then create their own egg protector that includes a parachute.  The goal is to drop the egg without breaking or cracking it.
