Event Details

Challenge Island encourages creativity, critical thinking, and social skills while instilling a love of engineering.  Ages 8-12.  Registration required.  Call 619-527-3430 to sign up.  In today’s session, kids will learn how differences in weight, balance, and placement on an axis affects the rotational motion of a spinning object.  They will then create spinning tops using common household materials.
