“Sounds and Swells”
Presented by the Art of Elan and the Hausmann Quartet

Join us for the return of Sounds and Swells! As part of this season’s San Diego Central Library Cinema & Sound Series, this collaboration between the Hausmann Quartet and Art of Elan features live music by Claude Debussy, Terry Riley, Franz Joseph Haydn, Felix Mendelssohn, and Franz Schubert accompanying local surfing footage from McCracken Films and Joey Taylor Photography.
Join us as we celebrate the lead-up to Earth Day with beautiful music and images of our world's oceans!
This concert is free and open to the public.

CINEMA + SOUND SERIES is a new series that combines two of Central Library's signature programs: The Concert Series and Picture This! Film Series!
Picture This features free film screenings every Monday at 6:00 pm in the Central Library's Neil Morgan Auditorium. Check back here, on the library calendar, for the most up-to-date lineup of films.
This program is free and open to the public. Underground parking can be accessed from 11th Ave and is free for 2 hours with validation in the main lobby. The Central Library entrance is also conveniently located along the Blue and Orange trolley lines, between the Park/Market and 12th/Imperial trolley stops.
