Description of Event
October 5 is clean air day. Take part in a community conversation featuring San Diego County Supervisor Nora Vargas and a panel of statewide and regional leaders. They'll be taking in community concerns and working collaboratively to ensure everyone can breath clean, safe air, no matter their zip code.
In addition, the panel will feature:
• Commissioner Sandy Naranjo, Port of San Diego
• Chair Liane Randolph, California Air Resources Board (CARB)
• Paula Forbis, San Diego County Air Pollution Control District
• Diane Takvorian, Environmental Health Coalition/CARB
• Lisa Cuestas, Casa Familiar
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Program begins at 6 p.m.
