Coineers Coin Club Meeting Tuesday June 18, 2024 N. UNIVERSITY COMM. BRANCH LIBRARY 8820 JUDICIAL DRIVE, SAN DIEGO, CA > Meeting to start @ 6 o'clock p.m - New Members Welcome
Our Show & Tell theme for this month will be Single date, type, varieties – you may bring one or two examples, but as many of the same date, with as many varieties as you have. We are going after mint type varieties, such as the 1970-S small/large etc. For Canada you can think 1953/1954 Shoulder Fold/No Shoulder Fold and mules etc. Mules are great – so if you have them, now is your chance. If you have an obscure or dramatic example, now is the time to wow us.
The San Diego/Del Mar Fair is starting June 7th, Coineers will be manning the booth for the clubs June 26 through July 3rd. It looks like a single open slot remains on 6/30 if interested, contact Ken Spindler.
In the meantime, Hot coffee will be provided this meeting by Andrew Carmen. We give thanks to Debbi Montisano for all the tasty brownies she makes for us each month. The meeting will convene promptly at 6 o'clock and will adjourn between 7:30 to 7:40. Everyone must vacate the building before the library closes at 8 o'clock.
