Description: Learn how to respond to psychological stress caused by emergency events; apply this skill set for both event casualties as well as yourself! Dive into breathing techniques, mental focus, and mindful-meditation strategies during critically high stress incidences. *Important note: There will be a simulated stressful situation to demonstrate the techniques, much like the Final Drill of an academy.
