Welcome to our new monthly craft program for teens and adults -- CraftWorks! This month, join ToshWerks to learn the ancient art of paper quilling with a modern twist and make a beautiful framed worked of art. For ages 13 and up. All supplies included. Limited to the first 20 participants.
