Lesson Topic: Hanging Macrame Planter
In this workshop, we’ll explore the history of macrame and how this subdivision of fiber arts was spread around the world, throughout the centuries, as well as how the craft form has been reimagined in the 21st Century. Macrame has been known to be both functional and decorative, which is what we will discover in our designing of the hanging macrame planter.
Please join us.
This program will run every 3rd Tuesday of every month in the Mary Hollis Conference room, located on the 1st floor of the Central Library.
