Friends of the Point Loma/Hervey Library present Cuba after Castro Night.

From UCSD’s School of Global Policy & Strategy, Richard Feinberg will discuss his latest book, "Open for Business: Building the New Cuban Economy." As Cuba moves into a new era, Dr. Feinberg looks at how foreign markets and new ideas will change the island nation, and how it will add its own culture to the international scene. This program will also feature the music of local artist, Israel Maldonado.
