Event Details

Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday that honors loved ones how have passed on.  “Calaveras de Azucar,” or Sugar Skulls, are one of the traditional folk arts associated with this holiday.  Children are invited to learn about this holiday by decorating their own Sugar Skull (the skulls will be made of clay instead of sugar).
