Pura Belpré-award winning Illustrator Rafael Lopez will share his love for bringing books to life with library patrons on Día de los Niños! Attendees will come away celebrated, inspired, and with a book to keep! Rafael Lopez's new book, The Year We Learned to Fly by Jacqueline Woodson, highlights the brilliance of children's imaginations, a beautiful message with which to celebrate Día de los Niños.
