Event Details

"Man's best friend" finally gets the accolades they deserve!  We're holding events all month long to celebrate the dogs in our lives.  Visit the SDPL Central Library and other branch locations for festive costume contests, video competitions, educational and author visits, and more!  We're partnering with Project Street Vet to help feed and care for dogs in need!  Drop off un-expired, unopened, and new approved items such as small bags (5 lbs.) of dry dog food, dog treats, leashes/collars, grooming accessories, dog toys, and dog booties for hot weather.  The University Heights Branch Library is one of several drop-off locations.
