Event Details

Yayoi Kusama

In celebration of AANHPI Month, this class will focus on the life and techniques of the Tokyo/New York based artist Yayoi Kusama. After a brief history of the artist and a look at some of her works, young artists will create a colorful sculpture inspired by Kusama’s style. Participants will use a variety of materials and play with colors, lines, and shapes to explore their infinite possibilities!
