Event Details

Celebrate Earth Day by creating a personal mandala using paint, collage, and recycled and natural materials. Create this circular art piece with a process that is both meditative and stabilizing. For centuries, people have created mandalas to express their understanding of the universe and themselves. Now use STEAM skills to create personal designs - playing with symmetry, color, texture and balance. In the process, you will center themselves to welcome the school year with a deeper understanding of themselves. 

For families and children in grades K-6.
