The Patient Engagement Specialists (PES) team from Family Health Centers of San Diego (https://www.fhcsd.org/) will proudly serve the community and offer to schedule primary care appointments and physicals for people of all ages. With a special commitment to serving the uninsured, low income and medically underserved persons; PES will provide community members with information flyers and pamphlets with FHCSDs clinical locations, phone numbers and services. Connecting our community to caring, affordable, high-quality healthcare and serving as an advocate for individuals. Tabling will also include educational presentations, assistance with Insurance enrollment and referrals to any other services within our clinics.
