Event Details

In honor of Filipino American History Month, join us for a special storytime featuring local author Jean Juarez Torres (she/her/isuna) as she reads Dirty Kitchen: An Ilokano American Story. Dirty Kitchen is a story about a Lola (grandmother) teaching her Apo (grandchildren) how to cook the Ilokano dish called Pinakbet. Come learn about and celebrate Ilokano-American culture with us.
