This is a Summer Reading "Find Your Voice" 2023 Program.

*Sharon Katz found her voice during the Apartheid era in South Africa when she was a teenager.  She formed "The Peace Train" movement with her  Black and Brown colleagues to break down the barriers between the country's separated communities.  Together they encouraged the youth from diverse backgrounds to play their part in a changing South Africa under the leadership of Nelson Mandela and went on to be Nelson Mandela's ambassadors around the world.
