Event Details

The Mt. Soledad neighborhood of La Jolla is considered an at-risk area for wildfire considering the vegetation, housing, single roadways, and more. Join Rep. Scott Peters and hear from local organizations and government representatives, who will share resources that empower the La Jolla community to create an evacuation plan, as other communities have, in advance of fall wildfire season.

Community and government representatives include:

  • San Diego Fire Department
  • San Diego County Fire Safe Council
  • The Small Business Association
  • The Internal Revenue Service

 

Carpooling is recommended. Additional parking is available in Downtown La Jolla parking lots.
