Learn five ways to prepare your home and property in the event of a wildfire.

Topics include:

  • Home Hardening
  • Proximitiy to canyons
  • Proximity of plants to your home
  • Distance and condition of fire hydrants
  • Access for First Responders and their vehicles 

Refreshments will be served and at the end of the presentation 10-year smoke detectors will be handed out. Two detectors per guest until supplies run out. A sign-in sheet will open at 12:45pm. Please bring University City ID.
