Program Description

Event Details

Celebrate Black History Month through art and storytelling at Oak Park Library.   Create your own meaningful mixed-media piece inspired by 19th-century Freedom Quilts. Using up-cycled fabric and framed canvas, you will explore traditional patterns and motifs that honor Freedom Advocates and supporters of the Underground Railroad.
