Elizabeth Silver is the author of “The Majority”, as well as a memoir, “The Tincture of Time” and a novel, “The Execution of Noa P. Singleton”. Her earlier books have received numerous awards and have been featured on PBS and NPR. She has also served as a judge for several literary awards. Elizabeth is a founder and Director of a mentoring program connecting writers with best-selling authors. After receiving her law degree, she worked as an attorney in California, and Texas, where she was a judicial clerk for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals, working on death row cases.

“The Majority” covers a span of 50 years, revealing a brilliant woman who is a daughter, best friend, wife and mother caught in a tug-of-war between career and her family, truth and convenience, progress and patience, as she changes the course of history through her service as a Supreme Court Justice.
