Born and raised in Point Loma, bassist Glen Fisher brings his musical talent and world class musicians to the Point Loma Library, entertaining you with Jazz standards and Latin grooves. His daughter Sara Fisher will make a guest appearance on vocals, adding a few more contemporary songs. Glen Fisher has not only toured the world, performed at some of the most prestigious Jazz Festivals with some of the greatest musicians around, but has also dedicated his time to music education, realizing that music needs to be an integral part of young peoples lives. He founded the First Friday Music Club, a 501(c)(3), to enable his passion for bringing the best music education possible to all ages.
