Event Details

Join us for a family-oriented program, for children seven and older. The West African Kora is a 21 string harp that is native to the Mandinka people of West Africa. Learn about the features of the Kora, such as the cow skin and calabash. Sean Gaskell lived and studied in Gambia. Check out his performance here! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmDnqiP1xNQ
