Friends Music Program : Changing Lives through Music featuring San Diego Street Choir

The fantastic voices of the San Diego Street Choir will entertain with a mix of their inspirational songs both secular and sacred with some fun and lively selections of Broadway hits and pop music thrown in! Singing together has given the members a powerful way to restore their health and create an emotional connection between people whose lives have been broken while living on the streets. Singing together in the choir gives them a soft place to land in the middle of what is sometimes a hard week. The choir meets every Wednesday at the First Presbyterian Church of San Diego for fellowship and rehearsal. They receive their support from the First Church’s Ladle Fellowship and La Jolla Presbyterian Church. Their voices have been heard throughout San Diego County at festivals, churches, and community events.
