Genealogy Research: Improving Genealogy Research Skills.

Whether you're new to constructing a family tree or an experienced genealogy researcher, this program is designed to equip you with valuable tools and techniques to enhance your research efficiency and accuracy.

Date: Tuesday, August 29

Time: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Location: 9th Floor, Shiley Special Events Suite

During the program, we'll provide detailed demonstrations using three specific websites and explore the use of place holders to improve and focus your research efforts. Free census worksheets will be available to support your research. We'll also address common challenges such as dealing with transcription errors, enhancing image quality, and time-saving shortcuts. You'll learn how to publish your family tree using a dedicated family tree application. Additionally, we'll delve into the exciting realm of DNA and its potential for establishing collaboration among researchers and uncovering family "secrets."

We're looking forward to seeing you there and sharing this enriching experience. If you have any questions or need further information, please don't hesitate to contact us.
