Need to report a missed trash collection?  A pothole?  A streetlight not working?  Graffiti?  

Come and learn about Get it Done! an online service forum that is also available as an app.  This workshop will include topics such as:

  • The variety of reports available that you can submit
  • How to submit reports
  • How long will it take for a resolution
  • The historical trends of issues and reports in the Otay Mesa Nestor community
  • What to do when a report is not resolved
  • How to report other city-issues that are not typically submitted through Get It Done
