Learn to shop smarter and save money with our workshop on Grocery Shopping. Discover tips on portion sizes, couponing, end cap deals, and more. Explore healthy eating on a budget and effective weekly food planning strategies. Join us to master the art of frugal shopping while maintaining nutrition and maximizing savings.
