Program Description

Event Details

Come out and learn different techniques to relax, gain control over the amygdala (reactive part of our brain), learn how to pay better attention, let go of any judgements, and just enjoy the moment. These are all the possible outcomes with mindful meditation practice. Come out to see what works for you!
