Tommy Giaquinto is a retired Lieutenant of the San Diego Police Department and has been a member of the San Diego Police Department for approximately twenty-four years.  From 1993 – 2000 Tommy also served as the Commissioner for the “California Board of Prison Terms” and has participated in approximately 7000 parole/death penalty hearings including, the infamous “Manson Family.” 

 

Mr. Giaquinto is presently the owner of the “Heritage Estate Liquidators” and also serves as a California licensed Private Investigator.  Tommy is the current Director and Archivist/Historian with the San Diego Police Museum.

 

The San Diego City Clerk's Office is celebrating archives month all throughout October with a series of lectures at San Diego Central Library and an exhibit on display at the City Administration Building.
