While scams have always been a threat to financial well-being, technological change is making them ever more difficult to address. Attorney David Schwartz and HICAP Counselor Elinor Merl will present an overview of Elder Law & Advocacy's services, with a focus on scams targeting older adults and Medicare fraud, scams, and abuse.
