🌈 Join Us for the 2nd Annual Rainbow Revolution at San Diego Public Library! 🌈

Celebrate Pride 2024 with us on Monday, June 24, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Mission Hills-Hillcrest/Knox Library as the San Diego Public Library's LGBTQIA+ Library Services Committee proudly presents Rainbow Revolution!

✨ Event Highlights:

  • Unveiling of the exclusive Pride 2024 Library Card!
  • Presentation of the outcomes from our collaborative grant-funded project with Lambda Archives of San Diego, San Diego Pride, and the California State Library. Discover nearly 50 years of San Diego Pride captured in stunning digitized photographs!
  • Pop-up drag performances
  • Meet Odi the Coyote, the lovable library mascot embodying the library's vision of opportunity, discovery, and inspiration
  • Light refreshments will be served

📅 Schedule of Activities:

  • 5:00 – 5:30 PM | Odi Pride Button Coloring Craft
  • 5:45 – 6:15 PM | Preservation & Accessibility of CA's LGBTQ+ History, a presentation by Lambda Archives 
  • 6:15 – 6:30 PM | Pride 2024 Library Card Unveiling
